Invading Cambodia

In the mid-1970's, Nixon went on national television and announced the invasion of Cambodia. He said he was going to send troops to Cambodia to defeat the Viet Cong bases in order to stop the spread of communism to South Vietnam. This upset many American citizens because they felt there was no need to invade Cambodia.
